Folks!
It's that time of year again, where the Big Sky meets the Beltway, with the "5th Annual Rocky Mountain Oyster Festival!" This year's festivities will be held again at the Arlington American Legion (3445 Washington Blvd; Virginia Square Metro) on Saturday, July 12th! From 6 pm to 9 pm, enjoy unlimited supplies of Crown Royal, beer and balls!
Like last year, we are seeking generous sponsors, and we ask that you kindly considering contributing to the "Montana State Society" for this charitable event.
$1,000 - Rancher (20 tickets, t-shirts, and Name & Logo on all Signage and T-shirts)
$500 - Wranglers (10 tickets, less t-shirts and smaller Name on all Signage and T-shirts)
$250 – Ropers (5 tickets, less t-shirts, etc. – but you really just want to give $500 – seriously, you’ll sleep better at night).
Please do let me know if you would be interested in sponsoring this year. We need to have sponsors commit in the next 2 weeks. We would sincerely appreciate it.
And, I hope to see you on Saturday, July 12th to have a beer and a ball!
