Idaho Stimson site worth $13.25M

There is no longer any question about the value of the piece of property that would anchor a higher education corridor in downtown Coeur d'Alene.
The market value of Stimson Lumber Company's DeArmond mill site property is $13,250,000.
A long-awaited appraisal of the 17-acre parcel was made public at Wednesday's meeting of the North Idaho College board of trustees by college president Priscilla Bell.
"It was a complex appraisal to complete," said trustee Mic Armon.
